I spilled my entire iced latte on Jack’s neatly organized paperwork in a coffee shop a year ago, which was the least romantic way to meet him. He simply chuckled and remarked, “I guess this is fate telling me to take a break!” I was already fumbling for napkins and feeling embarrassed.
